Breakfast in dining room Triumph ?

We have always eat breakfast in the buffet and /or had in room, wonder if anyone takes advantage of the dining room breakfast and what advantages if may have? Do the wait staff have to be there wheather anyone shows or not in the am? How about on port days can you eat there too in theam ?

Haven't been on the Triumph, but would think experiences are similar on all Carnival ships. We like to eat breakfast in the dining room. My husband likes to have sit down service. I am not a big breakfast eater, but I like to order baked apple (not available at the buffet) and oatmeal. There will not be too many people in the dining room so you may not sit at your regular table. You may be seated with other cruisers, so you can meet new people. There may be only one dining room open during breakfast, check your capers. On port days and debarkation day, the buffet lines are usually very long (although they go quick), but the dining room will be peaceful, as usual.

It's just a different experience. Just try it and see if you like it.

Dine room breakfast on Carnival offers a few items not available from room service or the buffet like eggs benedict and lox/cream cheese. On this line the menu is the same every day so go ahead and try it a day or 2 to see which you prefer. The buffet has some variation: pancakes today, french toast tomorrow. Room service is a very limited menu w/ no write-ins or changes from day to day. If you want you can get fruit, juice, drink and rolls earlier and then go on to a "full" breakfast elsewhere aboard. This is just 1 example of why many people put on 5-10 lb on a 7 day cruise.
