i don't have the menus but i was on the triumph in sept. 03. every night onthe dinner menu there was steaks (2 or 3), pasta, seafood and usually lamb or some other type of meat. i don't think you will be disappointed. the desserts are delicious also. as for the capers, i don't have those either. but they will be delivered to your room each night. i took a hi-lighter so i could outline the things i really wanted to do the next day. there is usually a bingo game for $5.00 that pays a $1,000.00 prize. there is always jewelry on sale, but you can get it cheaper if you wait towards the end of the cruise. same goes for the spa. hope this helps.
Carnival menus tend to be pretty much the same fleetwide and have not changed much in years. I sailed the Victory 3/04 and am e-mailing you what I had copied from posts back then. I did the western so my advice/plans re: port activities are no help for you.
