For all of you on that cruise of 2/19, I just got a reply from Charlie Crist, the Attorney General for the state of Florida.
Here in a nutshell we should do:
"At the state level, Florida's Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services (DACS) is the state clearing house for all consumer complaints and has a voluntary mediation program to assist indiividula comsumers. The mailing address is 2005 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32399. The telephone number is 850-488-2221. That agency's website is at www.800helpfla.com."
"Since your concerns involve a cruise, it is suggested that you allso contact the
Federal Maritime Commission's Office of Consumer Complaints(OCC)
for review of your concerns. You may contact the OCC by phone at 202-523-5807, by
fax at 202-275-0059, or by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
So, I am on this tonight and getting my complaints out and I have sent information to the 40 people in my group.
