Don't worry if you can't get it to print. Carnival already has it on file in their computer system that you've filled it out. That's really all that is necessary. By the way - I can't print it either! Couldn't print for my last cruise on the Fascination, and the check in clerk told me not to worry - they had my information.
I had trouble printing too. What worked for me was to get out of the web page completely, go to the main carnival web page, and click on fun pass on the bottom menu, then, it had me sign in, and print it. That was a tip from these message boards.
Good luck, and dont stress it- lotsa people say the fun pass line is longer anyway.

I couldn't get mine to print either but I wasn't asked for it at the desk. It's already in their system that you did it. So just go to the fun pass line when you go to check in. Also, this time they had lots of people working just for the fun pass people. I would say about 9 reps were just for the fun pass people. Last cruise there was one line and one person working it. This was the New Orleans port.

Last summer we cruised from Long Beach, and although I had filled out our Funpass online they had our information in their system, and checking in was a breeze.
We got there around 3:00 p.m. and went straight to the check-in counter without having to wait in line. We were on the ship in less than 15 minutes, but I don't think I'll check in that late ever again. We practically had to wolf down our lunch before the muster drill, and I felt a bit frazzled by it all.
