Look at the gift section on the Carnival Site and order from there!
Honestly once you are on the ship there really isn't anything else romantic you can do a surprise with, unless you go and purchase flowers at the tux rental place.

Just curious because there are many ways to offer suggestions. Are you male or female? Are you surprising your partner/significant other/spouse, etc or wanting to surprise a couple going on a cruise?

Is there jewelry involved? :--)

It is for my boyfriend. Was thinking of cards everynight that cabin steward will lay on pillow but just looking for some creative romantic gestures.

Will your boyfriend have a birthday, or a special occasion during your cruise ?
If so, you can have wine or champaine delivered to your room. Or any gifts from the Carnival website.
Take him to the Supper Club one night.
Bring a different sexy nighty to wear to bed each night.
Have room service bring breakfast to your room , and have breakfast in bed a couple mornings.

Since your the woman, your choices of being romantic , and setting a romantic atmosphere, is unlimited. As the ole saying goes, " the ball is in your court."

As a man, and a husband, I will tell you that , just being on a cruise, and the chance for just the 2 of us to be together all week, is special enough for me. We both work 40 + hours a week and off different days. So, having quality time together is few and far between.
Just relax, and be yourself, and enjoy your cruise. I'm sure he will too !
Happy sailing;
david

Mrs Kuki once greeted me as I entered the cabin naked except she was wrapped in transparent film wrap.

My eyes opened wide, a twinkle in my eye and I said........

OH.. Left overs again!

(Sorry.. couldnt resist)

If you go to stores like Ambiance or Spencers there are all sorts of little games you can get and etc. They have this really cute coupon book for couples...they are pretty cute. There is even a "get out of the dog house" coupon, which would be for him of course.

Good Luck

If you have a balcony cabin...we have "One Particular Harbor" ( we are Buffet fans, don't you know) that we have a bottle of champagne while we are leaving the port....the rest makes the couple hundred $ for the balcony quite worth it. However, if you do not have a balcony, it will still work ( if you are getting my drift)...there are some very special, remote places on each ship that can be found...have your champagne & "desert" there! Good luck!

Oh yea! You have to book a balcony! Can be very romantic at night. Use your imagination there. Not sure if all the ships do it, but what about having a nice romantic dinner on the balcony? They set the table up out there and stuff for you. I read this on the boards. It does cost, but sounds very romantic. YOu can also make your own coupons for special things for your boyfriend.
Have fun!

Kuki, Does it have to be Saran Wrap, at my age I'm thinking tin foil might be more appropriate <>

Hi,
I proposed to Liz on our last cruise in October 04-at the Capts cocktail party-on stage!

Sprung the fact that she needed to pack for one formal night on the night before we left. I have since learned a guy just can't do that to a woman!

Have fun

Personally I would require "shrink" wrap.
