Downey Wrinkle Releaser is a spray found in the laundry department. Just spray it on your wrinkled, previously ironed, suitcase packed clothes; stretching them out while gently wiping it in and wrinkles go disappear. Since irons are prohibited in personal cabins, people are recommending its use. I have used it on many items and it does work.

Hello all I use it all the time being male and not able to fold to wekk I find this Downey stuff great. I find it works better if you spray your garmet and than hang it in the shower with you the steam helps take all the wrinkles out. JD NJ
The Downy Wrinkle Release has a fresh smell to it as well as working really well, especially with knits, sweater materials and some cottons. I've tried water too when nothing else is available, but the Downy just seems to work better. I really like the idea of spraying and then putting in bathroom during shower. Great suggestion. I just went away for the weekend and sprayed all my things, patted them flat and then hung them up in hotel closet. They were fresh and ready to go when I needed them. The bottle says it has "fiber relaxers" in it as well. If you spray something with water and then it dries, it will re-wrinkle easier than if you spray with Downy. Works on same principle as fabric softener in your washer. Fabrics tend to wrinkle less in drying cycle and even when packing later when you use a liquid fabric softener vs. dryer sheets...........(from my friend who was a Home Ec major)!
just dont use it on silk or satin. it tends to leave spots on these materials. i bought a small spray bottle at the local dollar store to put my wrinkle releaser in. i eliminated a bigger bottle that way.
