Excursions in Isla Roatan

Any recommendations on what to do here? Is this just a place to go to a good beach or are there other fun things to do.

Also, if anyone has been to Grand Cayman lately. Is the Cockatoo (Catamaran) still offered as one of the excursions out to see the Sting Rays. I have been waiting to see this being offered on their website for advanced booking of excursions, but it hasn't appeared. Not sure if this is one they wait until the actaully trip to list. Thanks

We are going on the Valor May 1 which includes stops in Honduras and Grand Cayman. There isn't much to do in Honduras. We are gong to do the Tabyana Beach break and I am doing the horsebackriding/beach break. The horse trail ride ends at the beach and I am going to meet the rest of my family there when the horsebackriding is over. (everyone else in the family is chicken to get on a horse and I have riden alot so I have to do it alone.....but I didn't want to miss the opportunity). I haven't seen the Catamaran to the stingrays. We have done the stingray thing twice in the past few years and always did the stingray city tour. Sometimes they do add stuff at the last minute and you should check the shore excursion list when you embark the ship. Have fun!!
