Default Aruba, Dominica, St. Thomas, Barbados

In the fall my wife and I are sailing on the Destiny to the Southern Caribbean. Any suggestions for beaches and /or snorkeling spots that we can do on our own. Any other suggestions of "different" things to do or see would be greatly appreciated.

Aruba - an island tour that includes the Casibiri Rocks (weird but interesting giant rock formation) is nice. The beaches are good
St. Thomas - nice beaches at Magen's bay and Coki
Barbados: another place I would recommend for a taxi tour - the island is lovely.

Barbados: Crane Beach is the most scenic beach we've been to, because it's on the Atlantic Ocean side of the island. We dined at the resort there overlooking the beach. Too much surf to snorkel or swim though. For fun, Boatyard Beach ... great fun.

St. Thomas: Take a taxi tour ending up at Coki Beach.

Aruba: Taxi tour or book a day at Renaissance Hotel's private island. A boat drives into the hotel (there's a waterway going into the entrance), picks you up, takes you to the island, then returns you inside the hotel. Very cool!

Dominica: We did the an island tour and Champagne Snorkeling. That was plenty!

You can see pictures of all these at my webshots photo albums.

I found on another posting a great video documentary done by passenger and his girlfriend about this cruise. I e-mailed him for questions and he sent me the link. If you e-mail me I will give you the link since I don't think I can list it here. The video is awesome.
