The Glory and Valor are basically the same ship and the Destiny is simuliar but smaller. The Miracle is a differant class. All are nice and have lots to do for all ages. It just boils down to where you want to go and what you want to see. Are you going for the shopping, watersports, differant cultures, etc? The Destiny required you to fly to PR which is an added expense but the itinarary is one that you will always remember as you see so many differant cultures and islands. Going to the Eastern Caribbean you will like shopping and that is the main focus there and most of the cultures are American. The Western is for water fun and adventure with differant cultures tossed in. All three offer the same things but in varying amounts. The ships are great, just go for the areas you wish to see. Also make sure you ALL have your passports as they will be required!
I chose the Liberty, sailing 2/4/06, reasons:
8 days for 1 week vacation time,
been to the Western Carribean,
good air fare prices to Fort Lauderdale,
(2) of the six people going with us will celebrate birthdays while on board.
The Destiny. The ports of call are wonderful. The Rum is out of this world. The staff and crew on the Destiny make it the funnest ship I have been on. for us the cost of airfare was about the same as flying to any of the ports from the midwest. I do not live near the ocean.
