Valor still at port???

OK maybe I am doing something wrong but according to the Wachovia webcam for Port of Miami the Valor is still at port. Anyone know what is up? Far as I knew it should have left at 4:00 and there are no lights on in the balconey cabins. Supposed to be on that ship in 3 weeks so I feel like I am already attached to that ship. lol

OK U can see the balconey lights now but it is still at port i think.
