Default worried about glory

this is my second cruise and my parents first. we sail on the glory 5/14. my first cruise was great (on the triumph 9/03) with no problems or complications. i finally talked my parents into going with us this time and we all are very excited. however, hearing about the mechanical problems on the glory has got me a little nervous. does anyone know what exactly is wrong on the glory and when it might be fixed? thanks for any info!

The Glory HAD an engine problem that they fixed. There is not mechnical problems now on this ship. There is no reason to think that there will be any problems in the future. All ships may have a problem at anytime simply because they are mechnical things that occasionally break but your chances are very slim.

24 cruises and counting!

The Glory is still cruising. On my cruise we were delayed a couple of hours in Mexico, but there were no further problems. And I understand the ship sailed on time for its next cruise. So all appears to be well!

Don't worry Shannen, what's the worst thing that can happen? You'll have to float around on a beautiful ship, with lots of fun people, great food, music, dancing, entertainment.....for 7 days.......rememeber, any day onboard is better than a day off!!!!

Have fun,

Karl & Jamie
