Heres a quick synopsis of my thoughts on the Inspiration 4/30/05 sailing
Boarding- Was a snap- If you have all your paper working order.. Oh yes don’t pet the dog sniffing your carry on bags (wonder why he’s doing that??)
Food/Dining – Food in the buffet was good- Fairly good choices- Wish there was more choices for breakfast – But since it’s a buffet be advised sometimes the entrée’s are not as hot as you wish they’d be. Sandwich bar was great. Pizza was good also. The dining room had very good food and our waiter and assistant were excellent. Good varity of choices for the five days. Also would recommend dinning room for breakfast.
Entertainment/Casino- Overall was very good from the acts I attended These young adults do a fine job and put a lot of energy into it. Remember now your not in Vegas or New York. So judge accordingly. The Casino …what can I say….At least I did come home with some clothes on my back. Did see a few winners..but takes money to make money.
Ship/Staff- I felt the ship itself was well maintained, always clean, and the staff I encountered were always helpful and friendly. Our cabin attendat was very good also. Wife had small problem with spa but was rectified to her satisfaction.
Dembarkation- Went very smoothly was off of ship by 9:30am Glad everyone had all their paper work in order.
Overall- I enjoyed the cruise and would return but would like to see them stay longer in Grand Caymen. Hope this short review helps you out. If anyone has any questions please e-mail me ..email@example.com

Thanks for the review, RICKinFL. Me and my girl are going on this boat in a few months. I was talking to several people who gave me mixed messages about whether or not to upgrade to a junior suite (since I understand they are the cheapest that have balconies). Did your and your group spend much time in the cabin? Do you think that a balcony would have been worth it? Or, would you rather have spent the extra $$$ on excursions or fun on the ship?
Thanks in advance,
My first cruise on the Carnival Miracle! 11th September, 2005
Eric- If you spend 2-3 hours in your cabin per day thats alot..except for sleeping of coarse..I myself would recomend a cheaper cabin and spend the extra money for "FUN" things. You can always post on general board to and get others opinions .Hope ya have a great time on your upcoming cruise...Rick....Happy Crusin to All
Rick - I also appreciate the review...we sail on the Inspiration Nov. 26. Right now it's just me and my DH but another couple is considering going. We registered for the cruise LAST November and got a two upgrade. No balacony but a good value for the price. Appreciate the tips on dining...this will be a first for both of us.
