Sorry to hear that George and hope she is doing better. I hope you were able to get the information on the passenger such as name and address so you can possibly sue them. Some people are not aware that their foolish behaviour might also hurt someone else so they need to be aware of their actions.

how horrible. i hope she is doing better and all will be well.
is it possible that the ship has a vidio camera in the dinning room? i am guessing of course but it might be possible for security reasons that there might be one. i know i am stretching the rope pretty thin at the thought of this, but there might be a chance there is . i would also contact some one OF GREAT ATHORITY at carnival and tell them what happened and demand they locate and talk to the waiters that would have been around at the time. i would not close any door for getting any information from witnesses when it happened. good luck and a full recover to your wife.
There was another inguiry on this board from Ayleen - a passenger from Germany who saw the accident and was wondering how your wife was doing - perhaps you could track her down some how. We were on that cruise but were unaware of the incident until we got home and saw it on these board. So glad your wife is doing well. Good Luck
Go to the top of this page and click on search. Check author and type in Ayleen. I did and I see her post was on 5/19.
Hopes this helps and wish the very best for your wife and her recovery to good health.
Good luck in your search. Best wishes for your wifes full recovery.
Laura

I hope your wife is doing better !! As someone already mentioned a woman named Ayleen saw the incident that involved your wife. She posted on 6/3 inquiring how she was doing. So check the post from that day to get her address, her post is "Valor 08/05 -15/05 Woman injured" Good luck!

Re: INJURY ON THE VALOR MAY 8TH-14TH
George, I hope your wife is doing well....and I hope that you get some satisfication from whatever you decide to pursue.
Actually, I think the woman who was dancing up there can be sued......as that is probably the only punishment she will receive since this incident happened in international waters. And if Carnival employees encourgaed her actions, then, yes, they should pay medical costs and more!

OMG, that is terrible. I have never heard of a passenger dancing on the tables. Nornally, it is just the crew members that dance on the tables. Did the person fall on your wife? Bless her heart, I hope she has a speedy recovery. Do you need Carnival's address?
