Default Question about the Spirit ship aft cabin

Is the rooms on the Veranda deck aft cabin on the Spirit covered? I just got upgraded to it - and want to make sure it is covered. Thanks so much!

I just got back from the Legend and had the back balcony cornor and OMG it was a different world out their, I do not know if I could have another room again ,but anyway we had deck four which was covered and the other floors are not covered so if it rains you cannot sit ourside (we could) we made our rounds after most people left the ship to stake out for the next cruise, We like to plan ahead going on # 7.
but definately keep the back .

Cheryl, you will love the aft cabin ... I wouldn't worry about the covered aspect, because you can always find some shade by just moving your chair about.

Your cabin will be identical to this one (our aft on Pride). We've been on Spirit twice and loved it.

Cheryl, glad I could alleviate your worries.

The aft balconies are simply fantastic -- very heavy ocean sound, and something to actually look at while at sea (the wake)

And here are Spirit ship photos I took:

Harry -- they are great! Awesome! I have been on the conquest, inspiration and elation in the carnival series and these pictures out do all of the other ships I think. I like the Elation/Inspiration size much better than the conquest size. I believe the spirit is inbetween both of them. I am hoping to get the 'family' to go next year to alaska if I really enjoy this one -- dad, sisters, significant others, kids, etc. If we do, I think we will book the whole aft back...lol! Thanks so much for sharing and taking the time to send the pictures!
