Has anyone used the CARNIVAL.COM website to schedule and order their shore excursions? If so, did you have any problems? I just spent a long time scheduling our shore excursions only to get to the end and receive the message "unable to process this request". I am logged in, it pulled up our names and booking and allowed me to 'order' the excursions. I double and triple checked, the credit card info and it was all correct. I called Carnival, only to be told to contact the Carnival Shore Desk on Monday. Anyone else used the site or experienced problems?
Booked 2 excursions through the Carnival website for our last cruise in April. All went well. The tickets arrived in our cabin 2 days prior to arriving to the ports where needed. The only thing I noticed was after paying for them with a credit card online, our S & S account also showed a charge for them. Before I could contact the pursers office about this matter it was already credited back to our account. Rick
I also booked on line for our cruise in April and everything went fine.

Re: Re: Booking Shore Excursions Through CARNIVAL.COM
I booked all my excursions online with carnival -- my credit card was charged for it and I received my tickets when I received my sail and sign card when I boarded the ship (Elation) in June. My account on the ship showed my booking them and a credit for them (on the same statement). If you go under your name again, it will show you if you have actually booked them or not because it won't let you book 2 excursions if they conflict with each other. Happy crusing!

I just booked mine for the Elation. Had to pay with credit card. Should I take the credit card recepit with me so that Carnival does not recharge?
I hope this works well if so I will book my Glory cruise when I return from Elation.
