Glad to hear you had fun, how much was the golf cart -per hour or a daily rate?
I read online about Cinco Soles North of downtown- a wide varierty of Mexican soveniers, perhaps not the best bargain but good selection.
Waterfront north of the plaza on the corner of Melgar & Calle 8
For the teens perhaps a round of mini golf? May not be the US Pirate's Cove type course, But hey they can claim golfing in the Caribbean. The website read:
Open Monday to Saturday 10am to 11pm
Open Sunday 5pm to 11pm
We're 3 blocks from the ocean, downtown, look for the huge flagpole on the waterfront...
walk directly inland 3 blocks to us! (15th & calle 1 Sur)
Keep posting--Love reading the bits you are emailing.
Carts are $15 per hour. Don't know about the mini-golf. tip about the carts - there aren't many and we were told to come back in an hour. We waited 1- minutes and one showed up! If you go about 2 pm, there are tons - most people rent the early.
