Pictures - How do I add one?

Hi All! I love the new site and really like the idea that we can put a picture under our names. It's great to get to know everyone :-) Can anyone tell me how to do this? I've looked around a bit but I don't think I saw the instructions for this.

Cathy... first off you have to resize the picture to make sure its small enough.

Then go to Profile, and scroll down to where it says AVATAR. You can then load the picture there... and hit submit.
