Default Fruit Smoothies On Board

I will be packing my blender to make Fruit Smoothies. Need to know what "Carnival will provide" in the food lines - usually Lido Deck, but don't see where on Carnival Spirit.

Typical ingredients for Fruit Smoothies includes:
Bananas, Pineapple, Apple Juice, Orange Juice, Strawberries, Yogurt (gives the drink smooth texture)

What does Carnival serve in its food lines?

Thanks for the info! 8)

As for the blender - I've been packing my "Cruise-N-Bar", er, I mean blender since my first cruise in '97. I know bringing the alcohol on board is enforced more than it used to be.
