Default Elation - Room R23

We are in room R23 on the Elation for our 3 December cruise. Has anyone been in this room? What can you tell us about it? All I know is it has portholes.

Thanks for any information!

Default stateroom R23

Your stateroom will be the same size as the inside staterooms, approximately 185 sq. ft., you have to portholes to look out of, they don't open. You are on the bottom passenger deck and at the front of the ship, so you will feel more motion than if you were up a deck or two and in the middle of the ship. I always try to get a stateroom in the middle of the ship because you don't feel all the motion. If you don't think you will like this room, you can either check with Carnival or your travel agent and see if it is still possible to upgrade to a different stateroom. You would have to pay any price difference if there is one.

Hi r&s,

If you go here: http://www.carnival.com/CMS/Stateroo...ail_EL_OS.aspx on Carnival's website you can see what an outside stateroom looks like. The only difference would be the portholes instead of the window.

Have a great cruise,
