Default PORT OF TAMPA PARKING GARAGE FOR CARNIVAL ANYONE KNOW???

Now BJK was nice enough last Nov to post the parking garage directions to the Port of Tampa Carnival site. Can you do it again for me or anyone else. I had them and can't really find them. The ones posted at the Port are to confusing and if it was not for BK I would have driven around a hundred times without evening knowing that was the garage to park. It was really confusing down there to fine the garage. Can anyone refresh my memory on where it is? RO

I would suggest if you are coming west on I-4 then get on I-75 southbound and get right back off at hwy 60 and go west until 60 makes a hard left hand turn and goes under the crosstown. Proceed straight ahead as you will see the Carnival ship in front of you. You will approach a roundabout with two parking garages to the right. The first one you see will be long term( for cruises), but first go past the roundabout and you will see cars dropping off luggage, just to your right. Then you can circle around and park your car. I think Tampa parking is now $12 per day. I could have sent you further in on I-4 but it is under construction, and I think this will be much easier for you. If you need more help just drop me an e-mail.

Barry has it spot on. Unload your luggage and then when you circle back the garage is right there on your left then and cannot be missed. You can see it plainly while unloading as it is right there.

Thanks Jim,
I travel that area daily and I know for a fact that as of late it has been a crawl through the I-4 junction area in the morning hours. Looked over and got to see the Grandeur on sat. morning.

Are you coming from Pinellas cty? Veterans expressway? If you are coming that way, I can give you a better alternative if you are coming west on I-275.

Wow Barry your family is so nice and helpful. Thanks for answering me. BJ was such a big help last year on my first cruise. She guided us each and every way and every bit of information she shared here with me and others were right on! Ro
