Default Had a room assigned using the "gift" seach now roo

I followed the suggestion about ordering an item to see you room assignment. It came up with my booking number and room now 4 days later and it does not give me a room number. Any idea what is going on?

Thanks

It sounds like you have a room number assigned but you just can't see it. Try the following method. With this method you won't have to buy another gift. Let me know if it works for you!
(This is how I found our room when we went guarantee)

1. Log in to the Carnival website by clicking 'My Reservation' located on the top of the page
2. On the 'My Reservation' page, click on the 'Complete Your Online Boarding Pass' located above the ship schedule (This will take you to the FunPass check in area)
3. Click on the 'Order Gifts and Services' located below the check in status
4. Select 'Details' of any gift listed. At the bottom of the page will be your booking number and stateroom number.

If you haven't been assigned a room yet it will show GUAR in the stateroom number area. Once a room has been assigned to your booking number, it will show up here.

Good luck and enjoy your cruise!

In fact, when you click "order gifts"--look in the address bar at the top---somewhere in all the junk you'll see something like CABIN=xxxx or ROOM=xxxx or something like that, if for some reason step 4 above doesn't give you the room number.
