Default Carnival Spirit -- Hair Dryers?

I actually feel kind of dumb asking this, but I couldn't find anything on the Carnival website that confirmed it (maybe I didn't know where to look), but will there be a hair dryer in our stateroom on the Carnival Spirit?

I don't want to pack ours if there is one there, but there is NO WAY I'm going for 8 days and be without one!

There is one that is permanantly attached inside the dresser drawer and it worked fine for me but they are not all that powerful and if your hair has any lenght you may want to bring your own.

Thanks, Jim. Fortunately, my hairstyle is short, and hubby....well....let's just say that there isn't a lot to dry!

Wooo hooo! One less thing to pack!

Since we have a Balcony stateroom, I seem to recall that there will be complimentary robes provided by Carnival...?

Not sure about your ship but I am bringing both heavy rubber bands and duct tape for the room hair dryer.

On the Valor last year you had to continue to hold the button for the dryer to work. My DH had to help me as I was developing Carpal tunnel syndrom. This time I plan to hold down that darn button with either duct tape or rubber bands.

Don't want to bring my own. Now that the airlines have weight restrictions on bags...

Yes, they did have a hairdryer in our stateroom (balcony). I used it the whole time, but also brought my own for fear that theirs was broken or something. But, ours did work just fine!
