Hello Paul I am also interested in this topic. The ports of call are Barbados, San Juan, Dominica, St Thomas and Aruba. Many thanks in advance.

Well....

I will just give you the ones I know. St Thomas has some nice snorkeling options. You can get a ferry or get a ship excursion to St John (a nearby island) and do some snorkeling.

Both St Thomas and Barbados have a submarine ride which I think are very memorable. The St Thomas one has more sealife.

At Dominica you can hike to the falls. It is a long, somewhat rocky and steep hike to one of the highest points on the island. There you will find a tall waterful with a natural hotspring just about 30 yards away. You can get in the water and relax - like an all natural hot & cold spa. The way we did this was we got a local taxi to take us to the point in the highway where you get out to make this climb. Along the way he picked up our Rastafarian "guide". Now, while we did not want a guide he told us "no charge" so we ignored him, until we realized we needed him. He showed us the way, all the footholds, etc. When we got back down we all tipped him.

St Thomas is also good for shopping. Barbados has a beautiful botanical garden, but the shopping there is not that good.
