Default Carnival PVP question

Not certain if this is allowable, but will ask. I need advice in regards to speaking with Carnivals PVP's. I booked my cruise on line, and paid my down payment. Now, i am having questions, second thoughts, and cabin issues. I have sent 4 query's to Carnival to have them call me, it's been 2 months. nothing. I contacted my friends, who are cruising too, PVP, who is carnival, and he basically said, whatever, give me your number and I will call. This was 6 weeks ago. Nothing.

My question. Who do i call to ask these questions? where do i find the phone number to call? They only one i see is the 800-carnival.

Help....

Texas, maybe a dumb question, but what is PVP?

Tnx, I had never guessed that
Strange though they never answer you.
Two years ago I dialed that free 0800 number for some questions, while I was still in Florida, and they were very helpfull.
Even the past guest Current was send overseas to me.

Maybe Jim Brag knows?

I found two numbers on my side of the pond:
phone: (888) 227-6485
toll-free: (888) CAR-NIVA 888-227-6482

Carnival Cruise Lines Personal Vacation Planner
3655 Southwest 87th Avenue
Miami, FL 33178
800-819-3902

Carnival Cruise Lines
3655 Northwest 87 Avenue
Miami, FL 33178
305-406-5219

Carnival Cruise Lines - Reservations Dept, Group Department
3655 Northwest 87th Avenue
Miami, FL 33178
305-599-2200

Maybe this is a help?

Jusat call the Carnival # and ask to speak to a superviusor or a differant PVP from the one you were assigned and explain to them the problem with this agent. He/She is not doing the job and should be fired quite frankly. You deserve great service and they want to provide it to you so do not let this one agent walk all over you. Speak to a supervisor and change your PVP.

I may be wrong but I believe that if you book somewhere other than Carnival they will refer you back to the site / agent you booked with. If that is the case they should at least explain this to you rather than just ignore you.

That is just it. I purchased on line. Not through a planner. I don't have one. I really want one though!

U can take your booking made directly with Carnival, and simply transfer it to a Travel Agent.

That's what I HIGHLY recommend!!!
