Travelling With Non-Relative

Just wondering. We are on the Miracle 4/16 - 4/23. My daughter is taking along a firend, 19 yrs old, but since she doesn't have the same last name will this be a problem? Should I get some sort of document from her parents stating that it is ok for her to be travelling with us?

She is of legal age and so you don't need a letter from her parents. You might want to get her medical insurance info just in case and be sure she has her original birth certificate and picture ID or better yet a passport.
