I have never seen that ship in port, though I don't normally look everyday. I have seen Tanker there though.

The only ships I have noticed that port in Galveston/Houston is on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. Splendor of the seas ports there on Fridays.

Nothing else ports there on Tuesday and Wednesday.

It could be the Rhapsody of the Seas.

I looked at the Rhapsody of the Seas itinerary, and it doesn't seam to be leaving on a Tuesday. Maybe what with the tugboats areound the ship, it needed repairs?

It can sit there for a couple of days. I know the Elation does when it comes back to town. I know this ship was here yesterday morning when I looked. Youu see, I am hooked on the webcam myself .

My guess it is the Grand, but whatever it is, it is broke, because didn't someone say that it had been there for two days? It is also backwards. Before the ship comes in to port, it makes a turn, so that it doesn't have to back out of the harbor.

It is not the Grand because the Grand has that big bar across the back of the top. Could it be The Splendour? Its not a Carnival ship.

The ships turn right there, just to the immediate right of the ship. I have left from this dock three times and returned the same and that is what and where they turn. As to why it is facing west, yes, strange indeed.

That is what gets me as well. I have only seen Carnival ships dock there. Does the Harbor house have a 1-800 number to call and ask?

I am still wondering where the Elissa went. I am missing her masts in the webcam.

When the Grand Princess is in port, you can go to their website and look at the port and other ships from the bridge cam on the Grand.

It is "The World of Residensea" the Condo Cruiser. The people onboard own the cabins and some of them can be rented for portions of the voyages.

So if you would like to own your own part of a cruise ship this the one for you and live onboard. This is the ship for you.

They will be pulling out tomorrow morning.

Take care,
Mike

We docked next to 'The World' in Progreso during our Elation cruise. Here is a picture of her from the front.

Enjoy!
