Default Poll~ Which is better Corner balcony aft or balcony aft?

I am about to book our cruise on conquest for aug. i was given the choice of corner aft balcony rm 8455 veranda or balcony aft veranda. The price for a corner is about 300.00 more per person. Is it really worth it? has anyone stayed in both and if so which one did you like better? Thanks!!

While I've not experienced this ship, I have stayed in both an aft and a corner aft. The corner aft typically has a larger balcony. When you say aft, is it truly at the very back of the ship? If so, IMHO, I could not justify $300 more for the corner. I guess it depends on how much time you spend on your balcony.

Thanks so much for the info. Yeah hubby pretty much said the same thing that he couldn't see 300.00 more just for a corner. Would you do AFT balcony again? I keep hearing an AFT is better then any where else on the ship. Do you agree? thanks

ML is right. It all depends upon how much time you will spend on your balcony and how many people you plan on having out there at any given time. Since the wrap around balcony cabins only hold two people (my parents were in 6452 on the Glory), there were never more than three of us out there at any given time and the extra balcony wasn't really needed. They did however like it because they could see from two sides of the ship (Aft and Starboard or Port).

For a savings of $300, I would stick with a true aft balcony.

Yes, I love the AFT cabins. As a matter of fact, I have three upcoming cruises and have booked AFT on all of them.
