Default POLL - What's your FAVORITE Carnival Ship

Carnival fans.. time to share your experiences. What is your favorite Carnival ship?

I personally prefer the Spirit Class ships... with Legend being my favorite (other than the urns).

But I do have to say I'm dying to try the Conquest, simply because she seems to consistently get great comments from returning cruisers.

I'm going to have to narrow down my three favorites (Glory, Pride, Spirit) to just one. And it would have to be the Glory, for our next cruises, it was really the only one I would consider.

It may have to do with the fact that it was our only criuse that all of us were just so relaxed, had not a worry in the world, the food was great , comedian and shows were best we had seen, and it is so convientent to home.

I must say that is a very subjective question, though a good one. Our first with Carnival was on the Victory which we really enjoyed. Though my opinion in general would lean me toward the Spirt Class ships. I will be on the Pride at the end of the month to give me a better idea. I was on the Costa Med. which I think is pretty much the same ship. I am convinced that just because a ship is 100,000 plus tons does not make it better. All you are really getting is more people. Cruising is like anything else, it is what you make of it.

I would have to say the Triumph. Sort of leaning to its sister ship the Victory for our next cruise.

I would have to say the Ectasy, followed closely by the Elation. Both are sister ships but I have fonder memories on the Ectasy. Look to make many more!!

I have to say Carnival Spirit. Glory was nice but the Spirit was easier to get around.

The Miracle wins in terms of style, easy to get around; but the Glory has more bells and whistles...

The Inspiration. I've sailed her twice and wouldn't hesitate to go again. The staff is very upbeat and friendly. They make sure you have a great time.

I've only been on 2 cruises.

Destiny 1999
Victory 2003

Sister ships so not much different. But I enjoyed the Destiny more (maybe because cruising was new to me). Am looking forward to going on the Miracle in April.

It was the Jubilee, but now she is gone. Now by far the Elation is the best and the most beautiful ship! She is very clean and she is just a wonderful week (or 4 or 5 days now )!
