According to the Carnival Web-site its still showing the one stop in Cozumel. I have noticed that when itinaries do change, they don't always update their site, you may want to call your travel agent and find out for sure.
We got a copy of a letter on Carnival letterhead from our TA that said they are not sending the Valor to Cozumel until at least May 2006 due to hurricane damage. I have a feeling this may apply to all of their ships, since it would be sort of stupid to send some there and not others if Cozumel is not up and running and ready to accept tourists. We got this letter in November but the Carnival website didn't change the Cozumel port on our itinerary to Costa Maya until early this month. Call your TA or Carnival directly. They offered to let us cancel with a full refund but only gave us a week or so to take them up on it.
Life isn't measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

I just got back from the Elation and we did stop at Cozumel along with three other ships. I could not believe how bad the damage was. It is very sad and will take a long time to get things back to where they have been.
