Elation or Triumph....which would you suggest?
First time cruising...still trying to pick a ship. So hard to decide! Several adults and several kids going...thanks.

I'd chose based on itinerary that sounds more interesting to YOU. Both ships will be great, so it depends more on what you'd like to see and do.

Thanks, Kuki.
Actually the iteneraries on both ships are very similar! I will probably not do a lot "off the ship" so will be mostly onboard! I am sure either will be a WONDERFUL pick. Thanks again!

Without even being on the Elation, I would choose her. Been on the Triumph 3 times and each time the experience was sub-par.

hi luv2travel,
Of my five cruises in 2005, three were on the Elation. I may be a little biased, but.....I really love this ship and its crew.
My office is planning a retreat and guess where I suggested we go?!
Usually, I would not consider a four day cruise...but.....when someone else wants to pay and your best friend will be your roomie...who am I to quibble?!
!
I know this only counts as one vote for the Elation...I hope someone else will chime in with kudos!

I have done the Elation and I'd do it again.
