Default what to do in Grand Cayman

I'm having a hard time finding an excursion for my stop in the Cayman Islands. I've been to sting ray city and gone snorkeling. What else is there to do besides going to hell? i wouldn't mind going snorkeling again but my girlfriend doesn't want to . Any suggestions?

Default Cayman

I would go snorkeling, but if you can't do that I would go to 7 Mile Beach. No need really to take a ships excursion there, although you can. You could just take a cab, but keep an eye on the time so you don't miss the ship.

We did the bubble sub last time we were there and it was fantastic. Its expensive, but worth it. You can find their website by Googling Grand Cayman Bubble Sub.

Agree with 7 mile beach...we didn't see that until we left, but looked awesome and we'll prob do that ourselves next time in G.C.

if you don't want to hang out at the beach, you can go out to the turtle farm- which is interesting. If you just want to snorkel there is a pretty good place right off the pier - Eden's Rock.

I did the Jolly Roger Pirate Ship cruise. Lasts about 3.5 - 4 hours. You drink all the rum punch you can hold, swim and watch the pirates do their smack.

Default kayak in Grand Cayman

I was on the Liberty last week and did the kayak adventure. Was tons of fun and you can swim or snorkel (optional) on a sand bar about 2 miles off shore in the most beautiful crystal clear turquoise blue water you have ever seen. Water was 4 ft deep. There were large coral reefs with asst fish and cool live conch shells. It was just a small group of ten. 2 per kayak. A very nice young man from Jamaica was our guide. I booked this excursion on the ship right after embarkation as they sell out fast, or book on Carnivals web site. It is a 3.5 hr excursion. Enjoy!
