Air conditioning too cold on Carnival is it just me?

Last April I cruised on the Carnival Legend. THe ships A/C was turned way up. I turned it down in my cabin but froze in the dining room and throughout the ship. Ok I only weigh 100 lbs, but I had to wear long sleeves shirt with a blazer or sweater on top of that and I was still frozen. I packed all these cute little summer tops I couldn't wear and I was upset about that. On Costa it was the opposite rather hot throughout the ship. And I came prepared for cold, so this time I needed more little tops, and packed more long sleeves. Just wondering how you cruisemates found the temperature on your Carnival ships and which did you cruise on.

I was on Destiny and was comfortable just about everywhere except in the bars at the very back of the ship. The Onyx was freezing. I loved the jazz but had to leave after the first set to warm up. brrrrrrrr.. Towards the end of the cruise, the piano bar (Apollo) was comfortable to sit in and sing along.

I guess it depends on the ship, and the engineers who control the A/C. When we cruised the PRIDE, it was very hot for the first day or so, then I guess they got complaints, so they turned the A/C on full blast, and we trimbled the rest of the cruise. Usually, it's comfortable.

I have cruised Carnival 5 times and have found all the dining rooms and
lounges to be very chilly. I always take 2 or 3 sweaters with me. And it
seems like the hotter it is outside, the higher the AC is turned up!!

The temperature in the cabins onboard the Carnival ships varies with me. My cabin on the Fascination got so cold and stuffy that my sinuses ran and I got sick on the last day of the cruise. However, the A/C in my cabin on the Triumph had almost no A/C and the steward had to put a fan in the cabin. The A/C controls on the Liberty didn't work too quickly, the cabin would be hot when I fell asleep but cold when I woke up. For the concerns of the A/C throughout the rest of the ship on all of the Carnival cruises that I have been on, I have found the temperature to be quite comfortable.
