Sorry you're having problems Have you tried thier toll-free number? I don't even know if it will work from where you are, but it is
1-888-Carnival if you want to try.

If it doesn't work, I would be willing to call the number for you and ask if there is a toll-free number that those from Europe can use

Waters, it is never tollfree if you call overseas, for we always have to dial international.

Arie, we cannot book shore tours with American TA's. You can try on the carnival website, maybe you can do a trick with your creditcard.
Keep in mind that shoretours booked on the ship are very expensive and you can book your own tours on land upon arrival, depending on what you want.
