We did the cave tubing excursion through Coral Breezes. It was a great experience and got to see more caves than those who booked through the cruise line. The group was kept to 10 people and the guide was terrific. Have a great time!

While we had a great time cave tubing, we also really liked the excursion to Goff's Caye. Pristine white beach, blue water and great snorkeling.

Take the first tender off your ship , then go thru the terminal area and head to the left to the water taxi dock. There take a round trip to Caye Caulker. You will not regret this!..It ia a beautifull little paradise with no cars and some great beach and snorkel sites. Few people go there as most stick to the rather expensive offerings of the cruise lines. The only drawback is that it takes an hour to get there!

So many great choices in Belize. You can visit the Mayan ruins there are too sites Altun Ha and another one futher away but more spectacular, I forgot the name.

To enjoy a beach you must go to one of the Caye's or small islands there are no beaches in Belize city where you will be tendered in. I went on an excellent snokling tour with Coral breeze limited to Shark Ray Alley, Carnival no longer offers this excursion, and it was very nice, we snokled with stingrays and a harmless nurse shark, had lunch on Caye Cauker and snokled a second site with beautiful tropical fish.

Cave tubing is very popular here and it is one of the few places in the world that you can do this but be prepared for a long hike through the jungle in the heat, before you cave tube, my friend did this. Don't take a Belize city tour, not very pretty place. Rendesvous Caye for beach and snorkling is supposed to be even prettier then Caye Cauker so consider this as well.

We did a snorkeling excursion to Gaffs Cay through the cruiseline. The excursion people picked us up at the ship. Beautiful small island and good snorkeling, nice guided snorkeling tour and then they dropped us back at the ship, so no need for the long tender ride into town.
