At the rear of the ship there Are these L-shaped cabins...are they ok for 3 people.....the balcony looks larger which is nice, but the rooms look smaller...are they?
Would be nice to get one if the balcony is nice....but are there any surprises we might not like ????
We sailed on the Conquest in March and had cabin 7434, it is L shaped room. It was not small and did have a double balcony, with 4 chairs and 2 small tables. You can see this room in the photo gallery under March 12-19 cruise, Toas Warnstadt.
If it a Category 9 (like on the Glory)cabin, then it only accomodates two people. There is not a sofa (two chairs and a table) and no upper bunks. A lot of room though.
If it is a Category 11 (like on the Spirit), I am not sure if it will accomodate more than two - there is a sofa, but not much room to make it into a bed - and no upper bunks. This layout of this cabin makes it tight for more than two people to share. My parents had it on the Spirit last September and every time I went to visit them, it felt really crowded with the three of us in there.
