Default excursion question for Limon, Costa Rica

Can anyone suggest any excursion for Limon, Costa Rica? I am at a toss up between the pinapple excursion, bananna excursion, aerial excursions. What does anyone suggest. Any experience with this?? Thanks!

i do also. it might be more crowded on the tours, but you are right about '' not being left behind ''. i usually stay on the ship at one of the ports for most of the day. it is nice to feel like i have it too myself and the spa usually runs specials for the port days. the pool is also less crowded. limon might be the port where i have my '' relaxing '' day

Ok I've been to Costa Rica I went to the Sloth Sanctuary with Carnival. I liked it a lot. We went for a canoe ride in the rain forest (really just on the property) saw birds, crabs, monkeys and various other wild life, and then saw a movie about Sloths, then we meet Buttercup and the other Sloths, and finally got to see the adorable babys and ask questions followed by a chance to taste Costa Rican fruit and coffee. Skip the fruit though (I got a bit of Montezumas revenge) This was a nice choice for animal and ecco tour lovers like myself. I would also reccomend the Canal tour where I hear you get to see the most wild life. The arial tram I hear is pretty but mostly you see tops of trees not as much wild life as the canals. Don't know about the other tours you mentioned. Costa rica is too interesting a place to stay on the ship, pick and tour and take your camera with!

My husband insist on doing the aerial tram - I hear it is good, wish I knew someone who went on it. It just looks like a bunch of tree tops to me. Has anyone been on it???
