Default how to find my cabin #

I would like to know how I can find out my cabin #. A few weeks ago I pretended to order a gift and was able to find my cabin #. Now Carnival's site does not show my cabin # again.

We called our TA after we recieved our documents because we wanted to find out. When you put in the number on your documents to log into the site, it doesn't know? I had the same problem but at least you do know it now.

no I don't because I forgot it already. When I called Carnival, it said it did not have access to the # either

I was able to get mine again by entering in my booking number. I hope that works for you.

Hi swhli,

When you book a guarantee cabin the cabin # can be changed any time until you sail.

It could be that someone wanted two or more cabins together, and the cabin # you saw before was one of those, and Carnival hasn't reassigned you yet.

Don't count absolutely on any cabin # you see online until you get to port !

Have a wonderful cruise, wherever you end up!

Thanks for the tips. However, when I booked my cabin, I asked for the one that once shown in my account. It has just disappeared recently. It is not one of those guaranteed ones.

Sorry , I didn't realize you booked a specific cabin. That is strange!

Did you book directly with Carnival or through a TA? I'd call ASAP and insist on an answer! If you specifically booked say, M2310 (just an example) then you should have M2310!

I don't understand why, if you didn't book a guarantee, you had to go through the "order a gift" section to find your cabin #. Why didn't you go through the "booked guest" section?

Do you have your booking #? My TA always writes the booking # on our deposit receipt. That's all you need to find all your info on the Carnival site. If you don't have your booking #, call your TA (or Carnival if you booked directly with them), and ask for it!

Hope you can get this straightened out. Please let us know what happens!

On the Carnival home page on the lower right you'll see "Cruise Control". You'll find the "booked guest" link there.

Hi Fern,

No luck at all. I followed your link and it took me to the page to login. After I logged in, the only place for the cabin # is to order a gift. Still, no cabin # (blank). I called my TA and was told that I should be staying in the same cabin. No one knows why it is not shown.

The only reason why I can think if you booked a specific cabin number and it has disabled access and they needed it for a disabled guest, assuming you aren't disabled. I had asked my TA about a cabin that appeared to be larger and she said indeed it was but was for disabled guests and if they needed it they would change my cabin number. So, that might be a possibility as well.
