Default Cabin # Assignments

I've booked my cruise, paid the deposit and have my confirmation # and cabin #.

Is there any way to ensure that they don't change my cabin assignment? How does one procure a total "Guarantee" that the cabin I've been assigned stays my cabin?!?

Thanks in advance!

I have been on 6 cruises going on # 7 and always had my cabin number assigned ahead as I like certain rooms and never has it been changed, and I book one year in advance.

Hi gwydiana,

Have your TA (or PVP) mark your booking as "No Upgrade".

This should guarantee that you have the cabin you want.

I'd still check online every once in a while to make sure the cabin is still yours! We were "upgraded" (not on Carnival) once when we had booked a specific cabin. We had to call our TA to get our cabin back!

Have a great cruise!
