Hi...I'm Nancy, I am an esthetician (skin care professional) and I run my own business doing facials, body wraps and all kinds of other goodies. I also run an E-bay store with my cousin. My husband is Marc and he is a Tax Auditor for the State of California. (Arnold is his boss!)
We have been married 11 1/2 years and have two beautiful children, Collin is 7 and Brooke is 2 1/2. We love to cruise and have already sailed on 6 wonderful Carnival cruises. This fall we will be going again, our first time on the Triumph and I can't wait to get back to St. Thomas!!! It's been such a pleasure chatting with all of you on this board, I thought I knew a lot about cruising but boy am I learning a thing or two from all of you...so thanks!!!

I'm Dottie a SAHM to a Ds who will be 8 in Sept and a Dd who is an all-knowing 4 yrs old. They will be begin school Aug 10 and I will have time to work on ME!

I've applied for a Teacher's Ass't position within our school district. It's been YEARS since I've used my degree (Early Childhood) out in the "real world" so I'm a bit nervous.

Dh, Jack is a nurse for a local home health agency here in town.

We live in SE OK, the same town where I was born . Dh is from Hawaii, 99% of his family is still there and always will be, so we have fun vacations!

We have been on an Alaskan cruise and loved it. We encourage EVERYONE to take this cruise, it's wonderful and we have so many great memories.

Our next cruise is in March of 2007 on the Conquest to the Western Caribbean.

Hello all. I'm Ken and the lovely Mrs. Jones is Vita. We live in Lakeland, Florida,,,close to five active cruise ports, so we take full advantage of that fact and cruise a lot. We have two grown daughters, and two grandsons. I'm a computer engineer, as is Vita, however, she's semi retired, and I'm still working. See you all aboard!

Personal note to Nikki. I was born, and grew up in Fortville Indiana! I still have a brother living there, however he won't leave town to cruise,,,I think he's afraid something exciting might happen at the VFW or the American Legion, and he won't be there to witness it! Next time you cruise out of Tampa, let us know. I'll buy you a cup of coffee!

Ken

Hi, I'm Melody Still and husband's name is Mike. We have been married 30 years. We have 3 children plus our nephew (now my adopted son!). We have two beautiful, angelic grandchildren...Jeremy age 7 and Ashton age 5. We are from New Orleans, LA, but have lived in the Baton Rouge, LA area for 15 years. Denham Springs, LA has been home for 10 years. I work for the State of LA, Department of Social Services. Mike works for Broadmoor Construction in Metairie, LA.

We have been on two cruises and have booked another cruise for our youngest daughter's high school graduation. We will be traveling with her classmates and their parents, our children and family friends. The dear grandchildren will not be accompanying us on this trip no matter how much I begged their parents!

We have booked on the Conquest for May 20 -27, 2007. Our TA assures us we can switch to another Carnival ship should a seven day trip from New Orleans become available at a later date.

Hi! I'm Fern and DH is Dave. I'm "retired" and Dave works for a large insurance company. He has a daughter and we have an 8 year old grandson. They live in Iowa.

You may wonder why I read and post here on the Carnival board since it's been a while since we've cruised Carnival. Partly, it's because we may cruise Carnival again (DH loves "Anytime Dining" so it would be hard to get him back on Carnival, but I try!), but the main reason I read and post here is because of the great people who cruise Carnival! I very rarely see anyone being "rude" on this board! Everyone is so helpful !

We are keeping it in the Carnival family by cruising Princess!

Brand new on this board. Me and Mrs. Parrot just got back from our first cruise last week on Carnival Victory out of New York to Saint John and Halifax. Mrs. Parrot already has her next cruise booked (20 January on Carnival Glory to Nassau/St. Thomas/Sint Maarten) with her Mom. I'm trying to find someone to go with me so I can go along too ;-)

Hi, I'm Susan, DH is Rick. We live in Bakersfield, California. Two DDs: Rebecca (24) second grade teacher, Melissa (20) college student. We have enjoyed all our cruises on Carnival. If I could just keep my DH from going to the art auctions .

We took the girls with us on our first cruise. Celebrated our 25th anniversary on our second cruise and our 26th anniversary on the last cruise.

Very excited to be booked for Alaska in 2007. Would like to know when Carnival offers discounts for 2007 cruises.

Hi! We are Cindy and Mike. We live in Oklahoma City, OK. I work for the IRS (don't hate me...I pay taxes too!) and hubby works for an oilfield equipment wholesaler. We have 4 children (boy 25, boy 22, girl 20, & girl 18) and one beautiful and very entertaining grandson Asa who is 22 months. We are going on our first cruise on Imagination in September. Susan here in Massachusetts. I have been on 5 Carnival cruises beginning in 1980 when my parents took my sister and I to celebrate there 20th wedding anniversary (M/S Carnivale). I have been married for 18 years. Hubby and I took our honeymoon on the Jubilee in 1988, his first cruise. We were planning to cruise again on our 5th wedding anniversary but went a little early (1992 on the Holiday) as we were expecting our first child. Since then we have taken our girls and cruised with family and friends on the Legend and the Glory. No cruises planned at the moment so I am living vicariously thru all of you on the boards.

Hello to all of you! My name is Cathy and my DH is Mike. We went on our first cruise last December on the Conquest, and we are so hooked! We have been married 28 years, the second for both of us. We have 2 children, a son (an aspiring author) and a daughter (a military wife), both married, each has one beautiful daughter. DH services payphones and I work for the company that fuels the airplanes at the airport (IAH). I am virtually inhaling the post on this website trying to keep myself going until I can at least book my next cruise, which will be on the Conquest again I am sure! So to each of you who have sailed recently I thank you for your reviews, and to those of you who are booked for your next one, I am excited for you and hope that you have a great time!

Cathy

Dwayne & Tracey
Manitoba, Canada

We're in our ealy 30's with no kids. I'm a Biomedical Engineer and my girlfriend Tracey is a loans manager at a bank. We are hopefully planning our first cruise ever for October 2006. Was considering the Western Caribean, but now we are leaning more towards the Eastern Caribean. Still trying to fill all the holes in transportation, flights, etc., before we actually book.

Usually I use the nick....
