Default Cabin M1

When I was booking my cruise 2 weeks ago for the weekend of July 14th I had the option to choose cabin M1. I wondered why the very first cabin was still available and thought maybe that there was something wrong with this room so I declined. Anyone know if there is indeed something wrong with this room, or just my paranoid self?

Hi justcruisnforgambling,

Welcome to Cruisemates!

(I think you have the longest screen name I've ever seen !)

Which ship are you sailing? I've never heard of a cabin being a "1", but maybe I've missed something?

Edited: I see from another post that you are cruising the Fascination. The only thing I would "worry" about is that it's the first cabin forward. You'll feel more motion than midship and have a long walk to anything you want to do aft but if that's not a problem for you, go for it!

Being between other passenger decks is also good. You shouldn't have much noise.

Have a wonderful cruise!

Default M1

This link will take you to the site where you can view the location of your room.

I think you are right in declining this room. It is the room at the very front of the ship. I always enjoy traveling in the center. Not at the front or the very back.

Hope this helps.
