Has anyone heard anything on Carnial's Pinnacle projet? Or is this one dead in the water?

been wondering about this as well. Will be on Valor in 60 days and plan to ask. LOL Katie

Last I heard, it was on hold.

I think the "Pinnacle Project" was the hush-hush plan to build 180,000-200,000 ton ships, originally for delivery within the next couple of years, but last I heard, the cost was just too great, and it's been put on the back burner for a while. I personally think they have already passed the comfort level on size, at least for me. At this point, I prefer ships under 100,000 tons, and probably closer to the 70,000 ton size, however, as they say in the car business,,,there's an @ss for every seat. :-P
