Thanks so much for the information........maybe I can find a compact little boom box that has a CD player I can pack. WOuld love to listen to some nice QUIET music on my balcony......and not disturb anyone with loud music. Any suggestions.
criscomia, why not just bring a portable cd player and headset with you
sure would be alot easier and with the headphones you surely won't disturb anyone. also u could bring along small portable speakers for in your room. have a great cruise.
Rip your CD's to MP3 and bring a small portable MP3 player. That way you won't have to worry about carrying, changing, and potentially losing expensive CD's.
ParrotRob what a great idea have one myself and never gave it a thought
and to make matters even worse I have it loade with all reggae and jimmy buffet.
If you don't have one, recommend a SanDisk e130. 512Mb (80-150 songs or so) for < $60. And it has a SD card slot to take SD cards up to 4GB. 1GB cards are available <$40. So for under $100 you could carry around 200-400 songs, depending on your rip quality. Sure beats carrying 20-40 CD's.
