I will be on the Victory from Sept 16 - 23 and was wondering how many formal nights and when they are. I was also curious as to how you can tell. Does it come when the docs do, or is it just a known fact?
Depends on length of cruise, the Conquest (7-day) has 2 formal nights... The evenings of the sea days (no ports).... The 5-day cruises have 1 formal night... I am sure that someone that has been on the Victory will also help you out.... You can also do a Search....

I'm "assuming" you'll be on the Victory, Canada/New England cruise out of New York?
I can tell you that Wednesday will probably be a formal night since it's a sea day, and Friday which is also a sea day. They don't usually schedule a formal night on the last night of your cruise, but it looks like these are the only two options for formal nights, unless they schedule a formal night on a day you're in a port.
All of this is purely guesswork, so don't depend on it!
Hope someone can help you more !
Have a wonderful cruise. We'd love to do this one someday!
