O.K. Nothing beats PCD (post cruise depression) like booking another cruise. Even if it has to be a long way off, just having it there will help cheer you up. Congratulations and welcome home.

That was our first cruise when Sensation did the same GC, Cozumel route. IMO, that's the best 4-5 day first cruise available. Yup, you're hooked now!

Welcome back, and glad to hear that the Inspiration still has class and her cruising atmosphere The wife and I sailed on her in 2001, and up until our cruise in May on the Valor, it has been our best to date. The Valor came in right there with the Inspiration. :o
So for your next cruise, if your looking for a ship with a great atmosphere, try the Valor out of Miami, and do the Eastern Route. You'll be totally hooked for life then

And I have to admit, we booked another cruise when we got back home from the Valor. I'm also looking at the Valor for May 2007 I got it bad to

Happy Cruising to all ;
David

no mini golf. There is basketball, ping pong, giant chess, a jogging track, a nice gym, hot tubs, a slide and a pool. They also have that golf "square" which I THINK has the camera the pro uses to work on your swing.

We were very please with the food. It was much better than what we had on the paradise. Unfortunately, there is alot of food and that sea air makes me hungry! Theres always a tempting aroma coming from the bistro, the poolside eatery and the dining room!

the drinks were about $6.95 and you got to keep the souvenir glass! One night they had a margarita special; 4-5 different kinds and I THINK they were $3.95. Watch your capers for this. It was mid trip. NOt being big drinkers, maybe someone else could help out here?

The pix were $20 for the 8x10's...and most of them are 8x10@s. I think the next smaller size was about $7 or $8, but there weren't too many. I liked the many photo ops that they offer. They take pix as you pull away, at all the ports, throughout the ship, and they offer "formal" poses each night. In the afternoon you can walk around a view the backgrounds so you can choose what you like.

I KNOW you'll have a wonderful time. enjoy!

7 bucks is in the souvenir glass (actually plastic). Otherwise, beers will run you from 3.50 up to 6 or 7 bucks for the more expensive imports. Mixed drinks, around the same - they started at like 4.50 though.

Each day there was a special "drunk of the day" special. One day it was margaritas, one day mojitos, one day yellow birds, one day goombay smash, etc. Plus every morning they had bloody marys for 3.50 from 9am to noonish. The drink specials were a pretty good deal if you like frozen fruity drinks with umbrellas in them.

I found the best deals on beer to be had if you bought domestics by the bucket (4 beers in a bucket of ice for around eleven bucks), and if you like Fosters, the 25oz oilcan (essentially 2 beers) is a good deal at 4.95.
