Raw Oysters??

Does anyone know if they serve raw oysters on the Fantasy? Lido deck or formal dining?

My hubby is a huge fan and is looking forward to some!!

I'm sorry no one has answered your question but in all of my cruises I have never seen raw oysters on the half shell. Sushi and sashimi yes, oysters no.

I have not cruised the Fantasy so I can't say specifically about this ship.

No, there aren't any raw oysters on the half shell in the buffet or dining room. But, if you order the Asparagus Veloutee on the first night, you will receive asparagus soup with a small raw oyster (no shell) in it, if that counts.

you can ask your waiter for a plate of raw oysters. If they have them available, you should have no problem

(BTW, I wouldn't touch a raw oyster with a ten-foot-pole

I wonder if they do have oysters if they have horseradish and hot sauce too!!

They do however have fried oysters on the Valor (and I believe the Legend) - right above the main lido deck buffet line on deck 10. They serve awesome fish & chips and fried oysters. I guess if you can't get them raw this would be the next best thing!
