Group check-in

We have a group of about 75 people traveling by charter bus to Galveston May 20, 2007 for a cruise aboard the Conquest. Would anyone know if there are different boarding areas and/or guidelines for groups? We just want to make sure everyone makes it onboard!

I don't think so. Your bus should be able to pull up to the door. All the luggage will be unloaded at the same time. Porters should be plentiful to assist, and then you can all walk upstairs together. If at all possible, maybe shirts worn of the same color might help. The terminal is not that big, and is difficult to get separated.

I always travel with a group, sometimes we get to the terminal by bus, sometimes by taxi. Porters will be there unloading your bus, be sure to tip them as you identify your luggage.

Checking in is done individually, it's not a group thing.
