Default Past Guest??

We were on the Conquest a couple of weeks ago and loved it!!
Now we are looking for another cruise for next year. When looking on the Carnival website, they ask for a "past guest" number. Is that something I already had and just don't know it, or will Carnival be sending me info on being a "past guest"?

Booked other cruise through TA or Carnival?

Call whoever you booked through, and they can give you your past guest number.

I'm pretty sure that number is on your "Currents" magazine you'll be receiving shortly. For now, if you leave that space blank, they'll pick it up.

I didn't receive my first Currents for almost a year after first cruise, and one has just come out. As I said, call whoever you booked with, and they can tell you.

If you still have your last Boarding Pass & Sail & Sign card it will be on them.... 4-digit number on your old Boarding Pass Ticket (lower left corner) & first 4 numbers on your Guest #: xxxx on your Sail & Sign card (bottom left corner)

I got the gold sign and sail card, and its on the bottom of my card. Listed as Guest #. Hopefully yours will be the same.

Happy Sailing to all;
David

I am pretty sure to get a Gold Card you have to be on 5 cruises.

You can get your past guest number by calling, or as someone posted will be on your Currents Magazine.

After your first cruise, you are a Gold card member. You will go from having a red and blue, to gold. Hope that helps.

I am sorry for thinking 5 cruises, they have changed the program some from when they first rolled it out. You can use the gold card to go to the past guests reception now instead of them printing invitations.

Here is a good link for finding your past guest number. I would keep up with it. I once had cruises on 2 different numbers and they had to research and combine them when they started the loyalty program.

Hope this helps

Thank you Big D. I had emailed my travel agent about it, but have still not heard from her.
Thanks everyone.

Hey, I want to say that David West was right about the number being on the bottom of the your S&S card if you sailed last year, at least it was when I just checked mine. It was not there in prior years though.
