Never been on Carnival before, was wondering about the beer fare...Is it the typical Bud/Coors/Miller routine (no offense to the people who drink 'em) or do they have some microbrews or other niche beers to enjoy? I.E. Sierra Nevada, Anchor Steam, Negra Modelo...
I'm stationed at Fort Jackson, SC. Been here for a few months and decided the stress warranted rewarding myself with a cruise. Can't complain though, SC is far from Iraq, in both distance AND stress levels. Hope your husband has a safe and enjoyable tour (it is possible to enjoy being there, just have to improvise).
Anything? Even a Corona or a Sam Adams will do! :c) There's gotta be someone else on this board who drinks beer...just wondering if I should BMOB or not. I know I'm pushing it here, but, does Carnival even have stuff on tap? :c) (Fingers crossed)
Wade, Hubby is home, and he says to tell you they have everything you could ever want. They also have beer on tap. Best bet is to buy a bucket. Cheaper that way. They will open one for you, and you can either sit there, or take them to your room.
EVERYTHING I could ever want? :c) Think that'd be a pretty long list! Well I'm glad Carnival has some taste. I'll be on the Sensation 10/08 and the Fantasy 10/14...tell your hubby thanks...
I've been trying to dig up a full list for you but I'm not having much luck.
I did find all the regular stuff. Some sites say they stock beers from the ports of call so you can try some "native" stuff as well.

Wow, I'm surprised that the bucket of bottled beers is cheaper than what's on tap?!?!! Usually it's the other way around.
I noticed that have Labatt Blue there. Of all teh great Canadian beers, they only have Lab Blue
