Does anyone know what they paid for their internet package on Carnival? What was the cost and how many minutes did you get? I know sometimes they do specials after a few days at sea. I also know its cheaper to use an internet cafe in port but my time my not allow that.

just back from liberty med. cruise yesterday.we paid $55 for 90min but be aware as kuki suggested it can take 20 min to get hooked up and logged in initially[$29 for 1 email] you can check your balance after each log out
Very sad to hear that Carnival is still charging by the minute (Robbery on the Hight Seas!). Luanne Russo (Virtual Tour of the Conquest) as that the prices go down during the cruise. I want to be able to keep in touch with close friends and family while on our 16 day cruise by sending them pics from our ports of call but don't want to pay out the nose to do it.
My daughter got an internet package when we were on the Fantasy. It was $16.50 for 30 min. or $24.00 for 60 min. There was a one time $3.95 fee and she signed up during the embarkation special and got 5 free minutes for the 30 minute package or she could have got 10 free minutes for the 60 min. package.
She said it took no more 3-5 minutes to get signed up initially or to log on.
We were really glad to let everyone at home know when we won our free cruise!!
