My dad stayed in a Cat 11 once - and as a singe. It was a meeting point for the family who was traveling with him. It was much larger, had 2 chairs, table, bar, larger balcony, larger closet and bath. We enjoyed it - and he did too since he stayed in the cabin more than most people normally do (he was in his 70's). We are booked on a cat 11 in September because we have 4 people and don't want to be to crowded. 4 in a room - 4 adults - can get crowded. But, its an individual preference. I'm not saying I wouldn't stay in an inside or ourside cabin with 4 people - it all depends on the pocket book!!!!!!!!!!
I have only been in the CAT 12 on the Victory, and they are extremely nice. We met the people on board, and they had pre-dinner coctail parties in their cabin every night. We were lucky enough to be invited. They have a very nice bar area, wrap around sofa, table, 2 chairs, big closets, and huge bathroom compared to the standard bathrooms.
It would be nice to be able to stay in one for a week
They are about the size of a hotel room instead of a cabin.
I was in Cat 11. Our first and only cruise. We felt absolutely spoiled.
Life is too short to let the ship of your dreams sail without you.
